Garry Manuel is the founder and director of Project URGE. He owns and teaches guitar at  Manuel's Music Studio in Fairport, NY.  He was formerly involved in Worship, Kidz Kafe and children's ministry and attends Crosswinds Wesleyan Church in Canandaigua, NY.
