Graham Smith is the Project URGE treasurer.  As Vice President of Operations for Lupton Associates, Graham Smith is responsible for the firm's HR, accounting and financial operations. Before that, he was Senior Auditor at a Rochester-based accounting firm, Miller Associates, for more than ten years. His history also includes several years as the President of a large sheet metal fabrication company. Graham has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a licensed CPA. He is a member of several professional organizations, holds a pilot license and is the treasurer of his church.
